Reiki sessions
What is Reiki?
Rei can be translated as Spirit, Divine or Source
Ki can be translated as universal energy or life energy
During a session together I will ask the Divine Source of Life Energy (who I call Holy Spirit) to use me as a vessel to bring you exactly what you need for your highest good, setting my own agendas aside.

Expression Workshops
Expression Workshops are designed to allow us to connect with our own soul and allow ourselves to express what we are holding inside through art. The intention is not to focus on creating an amazing finished product but to fully immerse ourselves in the process of moving paint around and experimenting with colors until we have expressed whatever our soul is trying to tell us. It is a personal process done in a safe group setting. We support each other, make space for whatever emotions come up and end the evening with a mini sound bath.
Art Exploration for kids! Ages 3-8
Kids age 3-8, come dressed in clothes you can get messy in. We will spend an hour together exploring different mediums of art together. These sessions are all about having fun, feeling confident to experiment and developing self confidence. Both small group and individual sessions are offered. All materials provided
Animal Reiki
Animals are very sensitive to energy and benefit greatly from this loving experience. I come to you, in your animal's own home. I allow the animal to lead the session, coming and going as they wish. You are welcome to join in as their guardian because they are so connected to you. Often they will fall asleep beside me as they relax in the healing energy that is offered and the special time with your pet leaves both of you feeling grounded. Afterwards you will have new tools for calming connection.
Sound vibrations
Singing bowls, chimes and tuning forks are a wonderful addition to your Reiki session. The different frequencies and vibrations can be very soothing. Benefits include relaxation, stress relief, and emotional well being.
